Restaurant Participation Agreement

Restaurant Participation Guidelines 

  1. The participating restaurant (including bakeries, cafes, foodtrucks, and/or creameries) must complete this agreement and the registration form. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The deadline is September 1, 2025.  
  2. The participating restaurant will participate by offering a special three-course prix fixe menu (preferred), donating a percentage of sales, or featuring a special item.
  3. The participating restaurant will choose a price point for each menu, promotion, and/or item. 
  4. Restaurants will choose from flexible tiers based on their average cost per person, with a minimum donation of $50 supporting hunger relief across Arkansas.

Donation Levels  

  1. The participating restaurant, bakery, cafe, creamery, foodtruck, and/or eatery agrees to donate a percentage from the sale of the prix-fixe menu or special promotion.  

Donation Collection  

  1. Arkansas Foodbank will collect donations after the event. You will receive an email asking for the number of covers sold during Restaurant Week. 
  2. An invoice will be sent to you with your number of covers and donation amount.  
  3. Donations can be made online or by check payable to “Arkansas Foodbank.” Mail checks to:
