Restaurant Participation Agreement
Restaurant Participation Guidelines
- The participating restaurant must complete this agreement and the registration form. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The deadline is September 6, 2024.
- The participating restaurant will offer a three-course prix fixe menu featuring breakfast, brunch, lunch, and/or dinner (more than one can be selected).
- The participating restaurant will choose a price point for each menu.
- The participating restaurant will choose a donation point for each menu with a minimum donation of $250.00.
Special Promotions Participation Guidelines
- Bakeries, cafes, foodtrucks, and/or creameries must complete this agreement and the registration form. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The deadline is August 19, 2024.
- The participating bakeries, cafes, foodtrucks, and/or creameries will offer a special promotion like a dessert, drink, or menu item (more than one item can be offered).
- The participating restaurant will choose a price point for each promotion and/or item.
- The participating bakeries, cafes, foodtrucks, and/or creameries will choose a donation point for each item with a minimum donation of $250.00.
Donation Levels
- The participating restaurant, bakery, cafe, creamery, foodtruck, and/or eatery agrees to donate a percentage from the sale of the prix-fixe menu or special promotion.
Donation Collection
- Arkansas Foodbank will collect donations after the event. You will receive an email asking for the number of covers sold during Restaurant Weeks.
- An invoice will be sent to you with your number of covers and donation amount.
- Donations can be made online or by check payable to “Arkansas Foodbank.” Mail checks to:
